General Conditions
- The application must be completed by the customer and sent to GEYER HELLAS AE. (e-mail: rma@geyer.gr, fax: 2221098712) for approval. It is then returned to the customer to accompany the product.
- No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) application.
- All returned products must be in their original packaging. Products without packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted without prior consultation with the company.
- The returned products will be checked to confirm the problematic function, as well as the condition they are in.
- As of 01/01/2021, the company does not accept returns of LED LAMPS AND LUMINAIRES. For returns, a CREDIT NOTE equal to 1% of purchases of LED LAMPS AND LUMINAIRES is issued at the end of each quarter. Excluded from the LED Luminaires are Street, Stadium, and Square Luminaires, which carry a 5-year warranty.
- A credit note will be issued on a case-by-case basis, while products that are damaged due to the customer’s fault will be returned.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Shipping Note (Delivery Note).
